1. Unboxing Preparation: Start by opening the packaging and removing the battery units. Our packaging is designed with ease of use in mind, ensuring that you can easily take out the batteries.

2. Stacking Batteries: Next, follow the video guidance to stack the battery units together. This step is straightforward and does not require any special tools.

3. Parallel Connection: Then, according to the video instructions, connect the battery units in parallel. This step ensures that the battery pack can provide a stable power output.

4. Communication Cable Connection: Following the installation video, connect the communication cable to the battery management system. This step allows the battery management system to monitor and control the working status of the batteries.

5. Connecting to Power: Finally, connect the battery pack to the photovoltaic (PV), mains electricity, and output power supply systems. This step integrates the battery pack into the power system, completing the entire installation process.

Q: When system is first time start in operation is there something electric or mechanical adjustment (some technical, electrical parameters?)

A: It will be set at the factory, no adjustment is required, and the system will automatically adapt.
Q: What needs to be check and maintenance through operations? Do we needs change some components? Do we need watch or control some parameters? And how often do we maintain it.

A: The parameters have been set when the product is produced, and no need to change manually.Monitoring: View the LCD screen of the device directly, or can add the WIFI module to connect to the APP.

Q:  How we can calculate solar system for hours what have 4000 kWh consuption per Year. And second one have 2000 kWh per year consuption.

A: 4000kwh/year ÷ 365 = about 10.9kwh/day
     2000kwh/year ÷ 365 = about 5.4kwh/day
     According the electricity comsuption to determine the power and number of solar panels and Batteries, or choose the standard configuration from our EU warehouse.
